Buck named CGAVERY after his first three grandkids because his family is very important to him. He loves spending time with all of his family, so when naming the company he thought naming it after family would be a good way of staying focused. In our professional lives, we often spend more time with our colleagues and clients than our family so integrating our firm name with family is a way sharing that we’ll work with you as if you are part of our family.

  • 3 Turnarounds of military and business organizations

  • 8 Acquisition Engagement Experiences with experience from both sides

As an officer and aviator in the US Army, Buck served in progressing leadership roles in the United States, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq.  He’s a decorated veteran of Operation Desert Storm where he had the privilege of serving with and commanding A Company, 3-24 Aviation - The Redhawks - of the 24th Infantry Division.

Based in the Raleigh-Durham area of NC, Buck serves clients throughout the world. His work has taken him as far as Europe and Asia.  He enjoys spending time with his family (now including 5 grandkids), trying to keep his ‘66 Mustang working as his daily driver, and serving his community and church.
